    wrong part sent

    A part on the steering motor broke on my cooler after approx. 5 uses and one year of owning it. I was told I would have to pay for the replacement part as I did not purchase an extended warranty. I paid for the part, as well as duty (I live in Canada). To find out that I was told to order the wrong part. This after I had double checked and sent photos of my model to customer service. I am now going to have to incur further cost for duty and shipping to get the correct part. For how much the cooler cost I am disappointed.

    First of all, I am sorry you feel like you have not received the service you feel is required.We take customer service very serious here at C3 Coolers and do our utmost to solve every problem that may occur.I can understand the frustration of not falling into the warranty time frame, But I understand our team offered you some free parts to go along with the purchased parts to help solve the issue. Sometimes these problems require continued communication but I feel like you were given the correct part. If we can assist you in the process of how to switch out the parts with our tech team we would be glad to do so. Understand we are here to assist you .

    Unhappy with your service!

    I had purchased 4 coolers several years ago for my business as a gift for doing business. Recently I had disbursed them to several customers and had keep 1 for myself. When I took out of box and assembled cooler it would not move with the remote. Called your customer service and was told it needed a new control board and possible remote. I asked for a warranty as it was new and was told no. Purchased the control board and was told the remote would be free. I received the board and no remote, had to call again to get the remote shipped to me. I am unhappy that they could not warranty the board for me as my company Snap-On Tools had purchased many of these to disburse to itsUnhappy franchisee's.
