I've been trying to get
i've been trying to get the right parts to fix my cooler but have'nt recieved the right parts. Very frustrated by 1.) the fact that I hardly used the cooler and the steering mechanism failed and 2.) that it is so hard to get the parts needed to fix it. Help me.....please help me.

Weird noises
Had to figure out why my cooler stopped turning, first bought turning motor but no luck, bought blue tooth unit and left new turning motor in but makes weird noise. Put old one back in and weird noise went away left voicemail but no callback yet
