Extremely high cost for a small replacement remote. Shipping was "free" but the duty fees had to be paid by the customer... I recommend that C3 just use USPS expedited parcel service for their shipping. There are no extra costs piled on to the customer and you still have a tracking number.
I could have replaced the control board in the cooler, the remote AND all the electronics involved from a local RC dealership for HALF THE COST of this transaction.
The remote worked great. The best part was the customer service. I needed the remote in just a few days due to our last tailgate of the year. (last two games are away games) They shipped it super quick and I received it in 3 days! Then, me with no idea how to program it simply called the toll free number. The lady that answered had it working in no time. The cooler is great and the talk of every tailgate, but the customer service is incredible!!!!
